$200 deposit to secure a grass-fed whole, half, or quarter beef.

Pricing includes slaughter fee, butchering costs, vacuum sealing, grinding, boxing, and storage.

Cuts include 1’’ thick steaks (bone-in ribeye, NY strip, flank, and tenderloin). 3-4 lb. roasts (chuck and chuck arm roasts), stew meat, and ground beef. Organs, and bones are available as well upon request. Let us know if you’d like a different cut list.

Whole and half hogs – the most inexpensive way to enjoy our nutrient-dense regeneratively-raised pastured pork. Bulk pork is generally available within a few weeks to a few months of receipt of deposit. Feel free to email for current availability timeline.
