Quick Pork Chops

One package of pork chops to feed the two and a half of us.

For a basic garlic rosemary rub, mix:

2 tablespoon dried rosemary

2 teaspoons garlic powder or 3 cloves of minced garlid

1 tablespoons coarse salt

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper


Rub into your pork chops and let them come to room temperature before cooking. Either sear on a hot grill or in a hot cast iron skillet on both sides. Once seared, cook on indirect heat until a thermometer reads 145-160 degrees or until desired doneness.
