What a wonderful summer it’s been. Mild temperatures and ample rainfall has meant our pastures have stayed lush and our animals, fat! Our cattle have especially loved their new home this year, with the opportunity to graze in lush valley bottoms, grassy hilltops, and diverse savannas. They’ve especially enjoyed the shade of the big white oak trees. We’ll be processing our steers in the coming months, so if you’d like to eat some of the most tasty and healthy 100% ecosystem-fed (grass AND flowers, trees, and shrubs) beef around, now’s your chance!
